Granite vs. Marble

Marble was a very popular choice for constructing headstones in the 19th century, but it is not nearly as prevalent as granite is today.

While we make most of our headstones and monuments using granite and marble, we also offer bronze memorial plaques and inlaid photos that are etched onto ceramic surfaces before being attached to a slab of granite.
